CALCULATION OF THE 3-PHASE POWER FACTOR CORRECTOR WITH ACTIVE RECTIFIER
Abstract
An analysis of the work of the scheme of the 3-phase correction factor of the power factor with the active rectifier is carried out. According to the results of this analysis, the design schemes of the 3-phase correction factor of power were developed, which were applied for the mathematical description of electrical processes in the 3-phase power factor correction and the development of a method for calculating the parameters of the main elements of the 3-phase correction factor of the power factor, as well as analysis of the modes of its work on based on the requirements for its input and output parameters. On the basis of the developed method, an example of the calculation of the 3-phase correction factor of the power factor with the given parameters is considered.The dependence between the resistance of the load cycle and the maximum constant value of the voltage at the output of the 3-phase correction factor of the power was determined. The amplitude of the current consumed from the power supply was determined, in which the relative value of the output current of the 3-phase correction factor of the power factor reaches a maximum for a given value of the output voltage of the correction factor of the power factor. Dependence was defined that allows determining the maximum value of the output current of the correction factor of the power factor, which consumes the load range, with a giv-en output voltage of the correction factor of the power factor and with a known mean of the rectified voltage of the power supply. It is shown that it is impossible to suppose that in the transition modes of the correction factor the pow-er factor consumes a current from the power supply, the amplitude of which exceeds the critical value, since in this case the power of the electric energy, at the output of the correction factor of the power factor, will be equal to zero and the voltage at the output of the correction factor of the power factor is not will increase. Therefore, the signal of the current problem, the consumable correction factor of the power factor must be limited to a level that does not exceed the critical value of the amplitude of the current consuming from the power supply.
