Optimization of the electric drive of the main movement of lathes.
Abstract
An adjustable electric drive of the main motion of the lathe has been developed, which allows to optimize the cutting process when machining face, bevel and spherical surfaces. The operation of the drive is based on stabilizing the cutting power and controlling the speed of the engine by controlling the excitation flow, for which we use negative feedback on the armature current with the cut-off. The described system was investigated when working with an electric machine amplifier and with a symmetrical thyristor amplifier. The results of studies of static and dynamic modes of the drive, the method of calculating the feedback system of the system. Ill. 4, bibl. 2
