Evaluation of the effectiveness of the electric drive reverse during the formation of optimized flying scissors tachograms.
A comparative analysis is given of the efficiency of the reverse of the electric drive of flying shears functioning in the system of dimensional cutting of rolled products on cross-cut gregates during the formation of tachograms that are different according to the criterion of heat losses. An integral assessment of the efficiency of the reverse with a uniform distribution law of the cut lengths of rolled products is given, and recommendations are given when using drive reversals when cutting rolled products into longer lengths compared to the drum perimeter with various types of optimized flying scissors tachograms.
