Calculated power and main dimensions of inductor generators with rod stator.

Abstract

The design power of an inductor generator with a rod stator depends on the reduced volume of the machine, current frequency, number of rods, specific loads and the coefficient of geometry chosen based on the analysis of the optimal ratios of the tooth geometry and the rotor type. One of the features of such generators is the increased value of leakage reactance of the stator winding. It is proposed to set the value of scattering resistance, which should not exceed the limit value, depending on the nature of the load. The introduction of dissipation resistance in the design power expression allows one to free oneself from the magnitude of the linear load, which is ambiguous in rod generators. Expressions are given for the calculation with a sufficient degree of accuracy of the basic dimensions of the rod generators during their design. Ill. 1, bibl. 2
