Influence of the leveling mechanism on the dynamics of the electric flying scissors.
The features of the dynamics of the electric drive LN, equipped with a crank-kulisnym mechanism for leveling the speeds of scissors knives and rolled to the time of cut. Analytical expressions are obtained for the dynamic moment reduced to the motor shaft and caused by the uneven rotation frequency of the scissors drum shaft; estimated the root-mean-square for the cutting cycle of the loading of the drive motor from this dynamic moment for various modes of operation of flying shears.
