Measurement of dielectric loss on a pulsating voltage.
Abstract
It is noted that the imposition of a constant component on the alternating voltage changes the nature of the processes occurring in the isolation of a number of electrical devices in the presence of only an alternating voltage. The question of changing the effects of pulsating voltage is being considered. Experimental data show that at some values of the constant component of the voltage, a significant decrease in tanδ occurs, which becomes especially noticeable with increasing temperature. Figures 4.
