Investigation of special modes of dynamic braking of asynchronous drive of the lifting mechanism on the tower crane dynamics.
Abstract
A technique for studying the dynamic braking of an asynchronous motor with self-excitation and mixed excitation is presented by simulating an engine-mechanism on an AVM electromechanical system. The reliability of the simulation results is confirmed by experimental studies. It is shown that satisfactory dynamics of the lifting mechanism of a tower crane when braking from high speeds to landing speeds is achieved only in dynamic braking modes with mixed excitation. When using the mode with self-excitation in the circuits with contactor control, satisfactory dynamics is ensured only with the introduction of at least three stages of adjustment resistance in the self-excitation circuits.
