Synthesis of adaptive control systems for electric gear hobbing machines.

Abstract

Using the methods of experiment planning when choosing as criteria for optimizing the mathematical expectations of costs and time of processing one part, a mathematical model of gear milling as an object of control with control and disturbing influences, constants and output characteristics was found. On the basis of a preliminary assessment of technical and economic parameters, the cost characteristic of the ACS is obtained.
