Control of multi-motor electric multi-roller tensioning mechanisms.

Abstract

The requirements for a multi-motor electric drive of multi-roll tensioning mechanisms installed as part of units for processing steel strip in sheet-rolling shops are considered. The principle of constructing a system of dependent control of such an electric drive is proposed, and some variants of its circuit realization for two- and three-roller tensioning mechanisms are given.
