Optimization of the electric drive of the papermaking machine with thyristor exciters of drive motors.
Abstract
A method for synthesizing an automatic control of the ratio of the speeds of sections of a papermaking machine equipped with a multi-motor electric drive with a centralized working AC-to-constant converter is given. It is shown that the regulation of the ratio of the speeds of the sections is carried out by the excitation flow of drive motors using thyristor pathogens with a pulse-frequency control principle and that the use of such pathogens makes it possible to simply synthesize the system and provide the required static and dynamic characteristics.
