Abstract

A method for determining the probabilistic characteristics of exceeding the temperature of the main parts of an asynchronous motor in a continuous mode with a random load, based on the technique of equivalent circuits and examining the motor as a dynamic system, whose input is the current value, subject to the normal distribution law, and the output-temperature rise. systems of differential equations of heat balance describing a four-body thermal scheme (groove and frontal parts of ki stator, the rotor and stator packet) to obtain expressions for determining the expectation and variance of temperature elevation, making it possible to determine the equivalent temperature exceeding the hottest parts of the stator windings and the set permissible useful moschnost.Dan calculation example.
