Abstract

Currently, in many metalworking machines for dynamic braking successfully used symmetric schemes, which compares favorably with asymmetrical absence of shock transition moments in the process of braking. Braking in these schemes is due to the higher, in particular the third, harmonics mrs Based on theoretical and experimental studies, universal formulas for determining the maximum moment and critical slip under dynamic deceleration by higher harmonics of the mrs were obtained. The formulas take into account some of the parameters and dependencies that were not taken into account by other authors, which made it possible to significantly increase the accuracy of the calculation with their slight complication.
